There is a secret

To gain your temper

After great anger

The advice came from ancient

It was said change your matter

If you stand

You must sit

Or you must walk

And

You must stand

If you sit

Or you must walk

If you walk

You must stop

Think at you manner

When you anger

You look as a devil

Or man touched fire

Wash your hands

Face and legs

Pray to God

To be more calm

The anger is worst

It makes the man does

Awful and bad things

Or saying some words

Those make him regret

There may not be regret

When the act is awful

Obey your God

Talk to your self

Is it good to be anger?

The prophet said that

In the meaning of his talk

Change your manner

Wash your arms

Face and legs

Ask you God

Saving you from anger
